Hey, Guess What Day It Is!

Do you ever have one of those weeks when you start counting down for the next weekend before Monday has even arrived?  Well, if you're having a week like mine has been, then I know that you're ready for Friday too!

this stunning yellow gold, pearl, diamond & lapis encrusted camel.

A diamond and gem-set camel motif brooch by Verdura - Platinum, 1967.  The camel body is set with a
baroque cultured pearl & surrounded by approx. 170 full-cut round diamonds totaling
approx. 3.50 cts. & topped by a pear-shaped yellow sapphire.  The crown is embellished
by nine round ruby beads & one round cabochon ruby eye.
