Guess I Made the Naughty List!

The Christmas holidays are over.  Now it's time for New Year's Eve parties but, I'm all ready because I made the Naughty List!  I know, I shouldn't be happy about making the 'Naughty List' but this beauty from Laurie Kaiser means that I am all set for the upcoming dinner party feast!

I fell in love with this black drusy, diamond & yellow gold pendant on an oxidized sterling silver chain the moment
that I first saw it!  It's perfect to add a little something "naughty" to any outfit or for layering with any number of chains!

I cannot tell you enough how much I love this little necklace!  It's definitely going to become one of
the staples in my wardrobe!  The classic look has just enough edge to make it visually interesting!

I wasn't kidding when I said it's a perfect layering piece!  I think it looks fabulous with
one of my other staple pieces (a sterling silver baby lock on an oxidized sterling silver chain
by Marla Aaron Jewelry).  It was hard to capture the sparkle that the drusy has but trust me, it's eye-catching!

You can see a bit of the sparkle here but the richness of the yellow gold is truly one
of the centerpieces of the pendant.  It sets off the drusy so well!  Plus, the little diamond
reminds me of a Harry Potter quote, "Happiness can be found in even the darkest of times if one
only remembers to turn on the light."  The diamond is the light at the end of the tunnel; the light to lead
you out of the darkness; the light of hope.
